Eisy Global Company Limited (Eisy Global) is committed to fighting money laundering and complying fully with anti-money laundering legislations. We understand that we have responsibilities to help fight the global battle against money laundering and our commitment will supersede all other privacy obligations contained in our policies.

Money laundering is the process whereby the financial proceeds of a crime are disguised to give the impression of legitimate income. As part of our AML/CFT framework, we have implemented systems and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

AML/CT framework

Our framework includes establishing and maintaining a risk-based approach to Customer Due Diligence, including customer identification, verification, and KYC procedures. Customers are required to provide certain personal details and documents when opening an account. For higher-risk customers (e.g., large-volume transactors, Politically Exposed Persons), enhanced due diligence may be performed.

We maintain procedures for reporting suspicious activity internally and to relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate, maintain KYC records for prescribed periods, provide training to staff, and design systems to comply with sanction screening processes.

Compliance function

There is an independent AML/CTF Compliance function executed by a designated Compliance Officer, who will regularly update management and the board on material issues.

Risk assessment

Eisy Global identifies and assesses the money laundering and terrorism financing risks associated with its business, services and customers, and conducts business-wide AML/CTF risk assessments on a regular basis. We also assess risks related to new products, technologies, and service channels.

Reporting and record keeping

We ensure the timely and accurate rendition of AML/CFT returns as required by regulations, exercise due diligence in identifying and reporting suspicious transactions, and keep appropriate records for required periods.

Sanctions and screening

We maintain systems and controls to screen customers and transactions against applicable sanctions lists and to take measures to prevent transactions with sanctioned individuals, entities or jurisdictions.

Training and awareness

We provide ongoing training to relevant employees to ensure awareness of AML/CTF obligations and internal procedures for detection and reporting of suspicious activity.
