These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Eisy Global website ("Website"), Eisy Global mobile application ("Mobile Application") and any of their related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the Operator ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Accounts and membership

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under the account. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account if we determine you have violated this Agreement.

Links to other resources

Although the Services may link to other resources, we are not implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource unless stated. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party resources.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, to upload malicious code, to spam, phish, scrape, or to otherwise misuse the Services. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including trademarks, logos, content and code, remain the property of the Operator or its licensors. Your use of the Services does not grant you any right to reproduce such intellectual property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages. The aggregate liability relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of one dollar or amounts actually paid by you to the Operator in the prior one month period.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from any liabilities, losses, damages or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Dispute resolution

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of California, United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the courts located in California, United States.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. An updated version will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise specified. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Acceptance of these terms

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.

Compliance, Reviews, and Fund Restrictions

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and investigate transactions conducted through your virtual dollar account or any part of the Services for compliance, security, and regulatory purposes.

Funds received into your account may be flagged or frozen where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, suspicious transactions, or violations of this Agreement or applicable laws.

Where funds are flagged or frozen:

• Such funds shall be subject to review by the Operator.
• We may request additional information or documentation, including but not limited to:
  • Proof of work or service rendered
  • Evidence of relationship or prior dealings with the sender
  • Transaction receipts, invoices, or communication records
• The review process will be conducted at our sole discretion and may take a reasonable period of time depending on the complexity of the case.

Release or Refund of Funds:

• Funds will only be released to you once we are reasonably satisfied, at our sole discretion, that the transaction is legitimate and compliant.
• Where sufficient proof is not provided or concerns remain unresolved, we reserve the right to:
• Refund the funds to the original sender; or
• Take any other action required to comply with applicable laws or regulatory obligations.

You agree to fully cooperate with any such review process. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in prolonged restriction, reversal, or forfeiture of the funds where legally permitted.
